The Application is provided 'as is,' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or completeness of the results generated by the Application.

6. Limitation of Liability

Calpine Labs Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.

• We are committed to protecting your data and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and the CCPA.

8. Data Backup and Recovery

While we strive to ensure the continuous availability of your data, we are not responsible for any loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances. We encourage you to maintain local backups of your important data.

9. Uptime and Downtime

• "Uptime" refers to the period when ChemXtract is accessible and operational.
• "Downtime" refers to periods when ChemXtract is inaccessible due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
• While we strive to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of any material changes to the Terms.
